I’m a VP-level product and platform leader driving human-centered ecosystem strategy, balancing complex enterprise risk controls with low-friction, global delivery outcomes. My career spans 25+ years, starting with hands-on design and development, moving through UX management, and scaling into platform enablement and executive-facing technology hub leadership at Mastercard.
At Mastercard, I served as a senior executive leader for the Vancouver technology hub, regularly presenting strategy, progress, risks, and investment trade-offs to executive steering groups and C-suite leaders. I established operating cadences that improved clarity and execution across a hub of approximately 400 employees, keeping stakeholders aligned to milestones and outcomes.
My domain depth includes payments-related journeys and trust capabilities such as fraud, identity, step-up authentication (FIDO, 3DS2), and behavioral biometrics. I translate customer and business requirements into delivery-ready technical specifications and implementation plans, partnering globally with Engineering, Data Science, Architecture, and Customer Success to launch and scale capabilities.
Across roles, I champion Human-Centered Design practices including VOC and feedback loops, journey thinking, usability focus, and outcome measurement to improve adoption, self-serve, and cost-to-serve.
